This class is specially designed for those who want to learn how to cook Balinese  cuisine that is rich in flavor and nutritious. Using fresh ingredients from local gardens and traditional markets, you will be taught by experienced Balinese chefs how to prepare authentic Balinese vegetarian dishes. During the class, you will learn traditional Balinese cooking techniques as well as how to process natural ingredients into delicious and healthy dishes. After the class is over, you will enjoy the special dishes you have cooked, while feeling the satisfaction of creating food that is not only delicious but also healthy.

This cooking class also gives you the opportunity to learn more about Balinese culinary culture which is based on the balance of flavor, nutrition, and spirituality. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans, or anyone who wants to try a healthy Balinese menu.
